MIKE R's 1999 FRC Corvette

   Mike is a special individual with the intense desire to increase the level of power at his hands on a regular basis. As you can see below there are a few videos depicting Mike's many diferent combination used over the years.

   He started off with a Cartek heads and cam package and soon after put some nitrous on that put him solidly in the 10 second zone. That wasn't good enough so he had us build him an engine that could get him that same level of performance without any spray... so we did, 9's NA - the first to do so in a street driven C5. Mike then felt 9's wasn't enough anymore for a street car, so we began the single turbo project that you can see below running 8.87 @ 156 MPH with his LS2 based 402 - hydraulic roller. It was the same race proven configuration we used to drive the first GTO into the 9's. As some may have guessed it... this still doesn't seem to be enough as a daily driver for Mike... We'll see what this year has in store for Mike? Without a doubt - MORE POWER!
